Use the online reservation portal for all reservations www.sheyenneoaks.com prior to arrival.

 Full payment required at time of reservation for daily and weekly guest, 1st month required for monthly reservations.

– Check-in Time is 3:00 pm
– Check-out Time is 11:00 am  

 Put all the garbage in the dumpster near the north entrance. No garbage left anywhere - not even in fire pits. This includes cigarette butts. Picnic tables remain on site.  Extinguish the campfire completely.

State Health Department requires the backflow preventer on the water hydrant. $50 fee if you remove it. 

 Leave no trace: subject to cleanup fee.
 

 Cancellation Policy is based upon arrival date: Less than 30 days before you arrive:

NO refund 

Between 31 - 60 days before you arrive:

 50% refund

 More than 60 days before you arrive:

Full refund.  

Your reservation includes everything you have scheduled and paid for. 

Negotiation for different dates for different reasons - NOT available. 

 No refund on early departures. 

Long-term Guests:

Give notice 2 weeks prior to departure.

 Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 8:00 am.

 Put all the garbage in the dumpster near the north entrance. No garbage left anywhere - not even in fire pits. This includes cigarette butts. Picnic tables remain on site. Shut bathroom doors when finished. No smoking in the bathroom.  No pets in the bathroom.  Keep your site tidy. Leave the backflow preventer on the water hydrant, state regulation. Do not cut through grass sites; use the roadways. Do not harm our site trees. Keep fire within the fire ring. Drive slowly through camp. Your music is not to be heard by your neighbors.

 Dogs welcome with utmost attention to: NO barking or agression, on a leash, all poo picked up, and no digging. They are not allowed in the bathrooms. Do not leave them unattended outside of your rig while you are gone.

Pets are not allowed in the cabins without approval/fee. 

 Horses and mules welcome with utmost attention to: All manure removed from corral and campsite areas. All hay removed; do not leave for the next guest. NO horses in the campsites. Tie to a wooden corral post for saddling. Fill holes if your horse is a digger. Guest is responsible for replacement of damaged corral panels.

The next guest in the site that you currently occupy wants to arrive to an IMMACULATE site.

All spaces must maintain a CLEAN appearance.    Space around and under RV shall be kept neat and free from garbage and other items. Garbage shall be promptly taken to the dumpster at the north entrance.  Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundled out of the way of mowing.   

                 Do not move the fire rings.                       If you move a picnic table out of the site; put it back before departure.

No mats/rugs left out more than 2 days that will kill the grass.

 Two (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV
All vehicles must be in operational condition.
Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic.
The speed limit in the park is 5 mph.

 No Parking in vacant RV sites.
                     Park /drive on gravel.                      

     ATVs are not allowed to drive around camp for pleasure/entertainment.
