Arrivals and Departures

– Full payment required at time of reservation for daily and weekly guest, 1st month required for monthly reservations
– Check-in Time is 3:00 pm
– Check-out Time is 11:00 am
 

Refunds/Cancellations

 – A full refund will be given if daily/weekly reservation canceled at least 7 days ahead of your arrival date
– A 50% refund (but not less than 1 night stay) will be given if daily/weekly reservation canceled less than 7 days ahead of your arrival date
– A full refund will be given if monthly reservation canceled at least 14 days ahead of your arrival date
– A 50% refund will be given if monthly reservation canceled less than 14 days ahead of your arrival date
– No refunds on early departures
– Please give us at least 7 days notice when ending a long term reservation. No fees apply for ending a long term reservation. 

General Rules

 – Quiet hours are from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am
– Do not hang clothesline and/or clothes outside your RV
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
– We do not guarantee the same site, if you choose to extend. Check with the reservation portal for possible extension
– While on the property, please put all cigarette butts and trash in the proper container
– Sheyenne Oaks is in no way liable for any loss or damage by fire, wind, theft, accident or any other cause to the personal possessions of tenant or their guests
– Place garbage in plastic bags, tie, and place in the dumpster by the office
– We reserve the right to refuse continued residency privileges to “offenders” of park rules
– Guests are responsible for the actions of their visitors
– Owner reserves the right to change the rules without notice 

Pet Rules

-Saddle horses at the corral; not in campsite

– All pets to be on a leash in owner’s hand at all times while walking in the park
– Clean up after your pet
– Pets are not allowed in the buildings
– Pets must not dig holes or otherwise create an unsightly appearance on Lot
– Pets are not to be left unattended outside RV
– Constant or frequent barking will result in you being asked to leave
– No aggressive dogs that could harm someone or their pet
– Limit two (2) pets per lot                                        _One (1) horse per corral                         _Clean horse corral daily; subject to a $30 cleaning fee if not completed 

 –Please close corral at departure 

Rig and/or Site Appearance

 – All spaces must maintain a CLEAN appearance                                                               _Do not move fire rings                           

_If you move a picnic table out of the site; put it back
– Space around and under RV shall be kept neat and free from rubbish, trash, and other items. Garbage and refuse shall be promptly taken to the resort dumpster by the guest.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to any rig based upon its appearance and/or condition
– No mats/rugs left out more than 2 days that will kill the grass
– Outdoor items should be neat and orderly
– No tires, 55-gallon drums, generators, refrigerators, freezers, coolers and other storage containers are allowed on your site. Storage containers under rig allowed maintained in neat appearance
– Keep all cords, cables and hoses coiled and bundles
– Sites who are not keeping these standards will be subject to a $20/week fine and/or asked to leave 

Parking and Vehicles

 – Two (2) vehicle limit on each site plus your RV
– All vehicles must be in operational condition
– Do not allow any vehicles to protrude from RV site into the flow of traffic
– The speed limit in the park is 10 mph
– No Parking in vacant RV sites
– Park /drive on gravel                           - ATVs are not allowed to drive around camp for pleasure/entertainment
